Yoga

Yoga as exercise has been popularized in the world by claims about its health benefits. The practice of asanas has been claimed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance; to alleviate stress and anxiety, and for people with cancer, yoga may help relieve fatigue, improve psychological outcomes, and support sleep quality and life attitudes. Yoga may improve post-stroke balance and motor function even when a person starts practicing it 6 months or more after stroke.

READING

When we read, not only are we improving memory and empathy, but research has shown that it makes us feel better and more positive too. Science has shown that reading has some amazing health benefits, including helping with depression, cutting stress, and reducing the chances of developing Alzheimer’s later in life. After all, when you are comfortable with ambiguity, you are more able to think outside the box and venture into unknown territories of thought.

SPACE EXPLORATION

It stimulates the creation of both tangible and intangible benefits for humanity. benefits include fueling future discoveries; addressing global challenges in space and on Earth through the use of innovative technology; creating global partnerships by sharing challenging and peaceful goals; inspiring society and especially the younger generations through collective and individual efforts; and enabling economic expansion and new business opportunities.

FICTION

Science fiction also has a knack for identifying how technology is changing or might change, society and the culture we live in. It speculates about where scientific innovation might take us. One day, time travel, teleportation, or the genetic engineering of humans may happen, we might communicate with aliens, invent simulated realities, or build intelligent robots, and we'll be better prepared to deal with these, and other potential dilemmas.

Languages

I speak English and Tamil, I am currently studying new languages. Learning about another culture sheds light on aspects of our own culture—both positive and negative—we may not have previously considered. It will improve memory, problem-solving & critical-thinking skills, enhanced concentration.

Drawing & Painting

I like to draw and paint my thoughts. It is a perfect way to express inner emotions and feelings without words. One can easily overcome shyness & bump-up self-confidence. It has been seen that people who are involved in a creative activity have better consciousness as compared to others.

I love to be a fish in water. Swimming can be a solo or a group adventure. You may prefer to swim laps, if you like to work out by yourself. It is a great aerobic workout for people with most types of arthritis. It can take the load off your joints and help prevent injuries. Explore the world in water like shark.

Sports

I play like crazy kid in the ground. Physical exercise is good for the mind, body and spirit. Team sports help teach adolescents accountability, dedication, leadership and other skills. Positive experiences that sports and an active lifestyle bring play an important role in a young person’s life.

I personalize myself for best outcome in society. The key to managing your own personal development is knowing your own strengths. Knowing these can help you to develop your weaknesses and turn them into strengths. An accurate self-analysis will only give you room for improvement.

I discover the music and adventure in travelling. It gives you a real confidence boost and help you learn to survive anything. Whether it is sleeping out under the stars in a far distant land, surviving struggles makes you understand your own strengths better, and can help you with managing conflict in other situations.
